I just took a free level test, and I'm writing this because I was so amazed.
Honestly, Skype was unfamiliar to me, I'd never actually tried phone English before, and I had the prejudice that Southeast Asian teachers have bad pronunciation,
so up until now I'd only taken classes at language academies.
But an acquaintance introduced me to it, and half out of curiosity, half for fun, I took the level test,
and three things amazed me.
First, the sound quality of the internet call was incredibly clear.
I make calls on my smartphone through Skype too,
and the sound here was so clean there was a huge difference compared to that.
Second, completely contrary to my worries, the teacher's quality was high.
It wasn't the poor Southeast Asian pronunciation people commonly imagine;
it was such good pronunciation that there was almost no difference from actual TOEIC listening.
Third, I was amazed by the time.
Because I talked one-on-one with the teacher only in English, the same amount of time
felt much longer than time at a language academy.
It felt as if 30 minutes stretched well past an hour.
Even though it was a level test and not a class, right after it ended the teacher corrected my wrong expressions,
so I got to learn many new expressions.
Phone English where you can talk one-on-one with a native-speaker teacher every single day at a low price.
And CherryEnglish is more than 20% cheaper than other sites too.
I think I'll keep using it from now on. I'll recommend it to lots of my friends too ^^
